The Canada Agriculture and Food Museum will be hosting Ottawa's very own Ice Cream Festival. While at the festival you will learn about how ice cream is created, from start to finish. You will help make ice cream with an old-fashioned manual ice cream maker and then taste what your hard work has created. At the festival you can teleport back to the 1950s to discover the history of ice cream scoops as well as of sundaes, including a sample of this delicious treat (bless).

All day long there will be so many activities you can do. Some super fun things include ice cream making, ice cream sundae tasting, cone making demonstration, afternoon milking, and ice cream bread making. All of these things are sure to leave all ice cream lovers feeling right at home!
