Teaspressa Is Opening An All-New Coffee Shop In Phoenix This Weekend
Coffee and tea lovers rejoice because there's a tea cafe opening up a new location in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Teaspressa Downtown Phoenix will debut its signature "coffee inspired tea" with a new location you'll want to visit all year long.
This Arizona-based cafe's natural and organic tea includes the health benefits of tea, but the flavor profile being that of coffee or black tea. It's essentially tea with a lot of caffeine.
You may have seen them appear on "Shark Tank" two years ago. That's because Teaspressa has a unique way of making tea. They essentially use specialty coffee techniques to extract their tea.
This Saturday, August 17, Teaspressa is hosting their Grand Opening Event to celebrate its new downtown Phoenix location.
From 10am-2pm, you can expect complimentary tastings of signature drinks, vendor giveaways, raffles and 40% off the company's retail items. One of the prizes is even FREE tea for a YEAR.
If you get there early enough, the first 50 people in line will even get a free goodie bag. Parking is free at Portland in the Park's parking garage right next door.
The fun doesn't stop there. With signature drinks such as the London Fog, your taste buds will be doing the happy dance. It's Charles Grey Tea shot or espresso, with vanilla, lavender and your choice of milk or water.
If you're feeling pretty get yours topped with dried flowers or enhanced with a sugar cube for a slight upcharge.
If you're hungry, the tea toasts here are the perfect pairing for any drink you order, and they're topped with avocado.
One favorite on the food menu is the Honey Berry Mint toast topped with fresh berries, apricot preserves, ricotta, mint and a drizzle of honey.
The specialty toasts range from $6 - $7. There's also dairy and gluten-free options available.
