It seems like the era of the standard milkshake may be behind us. With new wave desserts such as chocolate pinatas and donuts bigger than our heads, it's no wonder they steal the spotlight. These insane milkshakes in Phoenix come loaded with sweets. It's called "The Show Stopper" for a reason.
One of the coolest things about these milkshakes isn't just the fact that they're loaded with toppings and other desserts.
Every month the chefs at ZuZu brainstorm an exotic and seasonal flavor for the shake, so it's never the same kind every month. It's always original.
Narcity has confirmed that this month's shake is a peanut butter girl scout shake, complete with fresh strawberries, milk chocolate crumbles, and loads of cookies.
Previous flavors included peaches and cream, banana pudding, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate pretzel. They never repeat flavors and during various holidays the flavors match accordingly. Shamrock shake, anyone?
This past fall the "Pumpkin Smash" flavor came with a huge chocolate pumpkin filled with candy and a hammer to crack it open with. This is what we mean when we say this is no ordinary shake.
Each one costs $18.00 and it comes with loads of sweet treats on top of it. They're even served on a tray because of all the overflow. We will happily go with "the flow" for this.
You can get a Show Stopper Shake from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., so no matter when your craving strikes you'll be able to stop in to get one of these photo-worthy treats.
