This Chile Roasting Party In Arizona Will Have Massive Drinks And Chile Infused Eats

It's that time of year again where we can find fresh chile-infused foods from salsa to chile-infused chocolate. This September you can actually go to a chile roasting party at this distillery in Arizona. The chile lover in you can enjoy a wide range of foods from green chile cheese fries to massive 123-ounce boozy drinks. 

Blue Clover Distillery is Scottsdale's first-ever distillery. From Sept. 26 until Sept. 29 they'll be dishing out some serious chile roasting vibes on their patio. You can expect new green chile-infused menu items and fall-flavored spirits. The party will start at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday and end on Sunday at noon. 

During the roast, you can even try out some new boozy flavored drinks like grapefruit, blood orange, strawberry, pineapple, and lemon. They even sell massive 123 ounces of pure deliciousness. The Mule Thumper is a combination of vodka, lime juice, ginger syrup, and ginger beer mixed together for the ultimate drink. It's $69 and you'll have to bring three of your friends along to order it.

While you're eating you can enjoy live music from local bands. If you're a lover of chiles like we are, you can buy a bag of freshly roasted chiles to take home with you. 

The distillery is open Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Fri.-Sat. from 11:00 a.m. to midnight and on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. On Thursdays you can even get boozy infused snow cones! It's a great drink to have after work when you're haning out with your BFF or S/O. 

Some of the chile-infused foods you can expect are chile cheese fries, green chile burgers, green chile pork stew and more. Be sure to wear your favorite stretchy pants because you'll want to try all the green chile menu items.
