If you’ve ever heard of Instagram, you’ve definitely heard of tiny homes. In fact, you’ve probably seen quite a few during your daily scrolls. If you’ve always imagined yourself settling down in a cute little home and saving a couple of bucks by giving up extra space, you’re in luck. There is a tiny home village in BC and you can rent your own little dwelling for a price that won’t break the bank.

You’ll find Bluegrass Meadows Micro Village just 10 minutes outside of Terrace, B.C. The property sits within forests, near meadows and the beautiful Kalum River.

The little village has 15 tiny homes with more to come and rental prices start at only $700, Vancouver Is Awesome reports.

There’s a shared laundry facility, parking next to each home, a zero-waste recycling centre, snow removal, internet, storage, and more. Oh, and pets are allowed.

The homes are all 480 square feet or smaller. They are tiny, after all. You can rent at Bluegrass Meadows Micro Village on a monthly basis with a minimum commitment of two months.

Thinking about regular B.C. rental prices and the hustle and bustle of city life, living in a tiny home tucked away in the forest doesn't sound half bad.

Bluegrass Meadows is filled with tiny mountain-chic homes that will make you feel like you're living in a backcountry lodge, just scaled down a few times.

The village is on 31 acres of private land surrounded by hiking trails, mountain scenery, and the perfect terrain for sports such as biking, skiing, and fishing.

You can also get to downtown Terrace in only 15 minutes where you’ll find shopping, food, fitness facilities, and more.

What these homes lack in size they make up for in character. Rather than just renting cabins in B.C. for weekend getaways, why not make those vacations your reality?

Here's your chance to cozy up in a B.C. tiny home that you actually get to call your own.
