This $23M GTA Mansion Is Straight Out Of The Kardashian Life
It's important to have 13 bathrooms.
If you need a friendly reminder of your financial limits, just take a look at this. Even by the standards of houses in the GTA, this $23 million mansion for sale in Aurora is utterly outrageous. With eight bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and so, so much more, we reckon even the Kardashian clan would be a bit overwhelmed.
Well, maybe not, but trust us when we say this place is ridiculous.
Listed by Lexi Taylor Benolo of REW at $23 million, it's not hard to see why it's commanding such an eye-watering price tag.
This mansion, at 34 Adena Meadows Ways in Aurora, is in a 24-hour guard-gated community on its own 1.3-acre lot. Even if what is clearly a lucrative area for houses, 34 Adena dwarfs its neighbours. It's also adjacent to the Magna Golf Club, but you won't be limited to playing golf in your free time here, oh no.
What's inside the home will blow you away, starting with its expansive kitchen and luxurious dining area, which has a table to seat 20 and comes decorated with extravagant chandeliers. You'd probably feel like you were dining with royalty. In fact, given the price tag, you probably would be.
This place is a little shorthanded on the bathroom front, though, as it only has *checks notes* 13 of them.
There's so much more to this house, though. For a start, it comes with its own incredible games room filled with the likes of old-school pinball machines and arcade-style video games.
If you get bored with that, there's a luxurious-looking in-home theatre where you can watch all the awesome movies and shows your heart desires. Think Netflix and chill, but just a lot, lot richer.
Now, a mansion like this can't go without having a pool, and this house actually comes with two, one indoor and the other outside.
Who says you can't have a pool party in the middle of winter? With a house like this, getting wet and wild would be a thing all year round.
Then we get to the backyard area and oh my word. Looking like an entire luxury resort, the area has a ton of lounge chairs and heating lamps to keep people warm during the brisk nights. This part of the house makes it look like L.A even during the cold season.
We're trying to work out how many people you could fit outside for a flashy party and our considered answer is, erm, an awful lot.
This extravagant home also comes with a 10-car garage (nearly one car per toilet, we note) and show garage, as well as a wine cellar and downstairs bar.
With a house like this, you'll never want to leave. If this isn't total house goals, we don't know what is. Don't dream about it too much, though, because even that will probably set you back a bunch.
