The affordable Orlando Lakefront Tiny Home And RV Community near Disney World is an idyllic place for all kinds of tiny house movement enthusiasts.
This relaxing lakeside getaway is located in Lake Fairview, just seven minutes from downtown Orlando and 20 minutes from all the attractions and theme parks we all love.
They have ten unique tiny home rentals for you to test if living in a mini house is for you. But there's a more permanent option as well.
They rent lots for micro house owners with rates between $400 and $650 per month, depending on location and lot size. So if you have a tiny house (or an RV), but no idea of where you can permanently live, this is an option you could explore.
The community has a sustainable way of living and at the moment is inhabited by 34 tiny homes. Of them, 32 are on wheels and the other two are on foundations.
Whether on vacation or to live, Orlando Lakefront has a firm pet-friendly policy, with no weight restrictions or limits as to the number of furry friends you can bring with you.
If you are interested in renting one of the ten charming tiny homes, you can book any of them on Airbnb here. But Orlando Lakefront gives you a 15% discount on fees if you make a reservation with them directly. You can do it here.
They are all unique high-end small houses ranging in size from 300 to 400 square feet so that they can accommodate three to six guests. Most of them have gorgeous designs with panoramic windows and Italian tile, cedar ceilings, and even fireplaces.
The community has 40 lots where you can legally park your own tiny homes or RVs all year round. Unfortunately, they are currently at full capacity, but there is a waiting list you can be added to with a $200 deposit.
Both guests and permanent residents of the community have access to all the amenities on the premises, including free use of kayaks, paddleboards and fishing equipment to be used in their two fishing docks.
There are additional amenities like a gas grill, a fire pit, hammocks, lounge chairs, and a Pontoon boat.
