The foundation was built in good ole 2000 and houses three bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are original pine flooring throughout the house and has 15-foot high celilings. Are you thinking what we're thinking? Massive Christmas tree.
According to Realestate Boston, Affleck was shooting a movie with Sandra Bullock back in 1999 and actually fell in love with our great state. He just so happened to come back and purchase this house and property in 2003 for $7.11 million.
Since it has been on the market for a while, the price has dropped 15% since it was listed, so you would be getting a deal if you were to decide to purchase this spot.
There are also two other properties on the land. The "Summer Cottage" is secluded and on the path to the river, and the "Oyster House" is 10,000-square-feet with three master suites and additional five bedrooms.
