If you love the sun, sea, and the surf, chances are that you've dreamt of always buying a boat. If that sounds like you, you're going to want to get in on this. A massive Washington ferry is for sale and it could be yours for less than the price of a house in Evergreen State!

Earlier this week, the ferry was listed on eBay for $110,200 — that's less than $412,988, the median home value in Washington right now, according to Zillow

Formerly called the MV Evergreen State and now, aptly known as "The Dream", this big boat is a former Washington State vessel that was built in 1954.

The best part? It's currently registered as the largest private yacht in the United States!

The 310-foot long unique home comes with upgrades like new batteries and mechanical systems to keep it running. Plus, it has several seats — all with a view and can hold up to 854 people at a time.

It can also hold about 87 cars. You can get a video walk-through on how it looks here

If like us, you're wondering who this handsome craft belongs to, we've got the answer.

The Northwest News Network reports that a Florida businessman, Gregory Jones bought it at an auction nearly three years ago for $300,000.

His original plan included using the 66-year-old ship for everything from a car ferry to a floating restaurant or a waterfront event center.

So, if you're a budding entrepreneur, you know where to drop your money.

The ad also reads that the vessel "obviously" holds significant dollar value and that, "the scrap value alone is north of $1,000,000 just by weight."

Since this is moveable property, after all, it's listed for a “free local pickup” at the Port of Olympia.

As of January 29, it actually has 12 bids! The auction closes in 2 days, on Friday, January 31 at 10.25 p.m.

Rest assured, we're going to be following up on this closely to see who snatches up this sail. Stay tuned for more details.
