The CW series currently in its fourth season has been filmed in one of the most popular Canadian cities for Hollywood productions. When a new season is being produced, the cast makes a home out of Vancity and visits quite a few hotspots as part of filming the show. These Riverdale filming locations in BC are in areas you can totally visit.
John Oliver Secondary School
There are multiple locations used for the high school that the cast attends. One of them, according to IMDb , is John Oliver Secondary School located at 530 E. 41st Ave. in Vancouver.
Lord Byng Secondary School
The second place that IMDb noted stands in for the high school is Lord Byng Secondary School located at 3939 W. 16th Ave. in Vancouver. The Sun reported that an additional location used is “Burnaby Mountains Secondary School,” which according to Google Maps is located at 8800 Eastlake Drive, Burnaby.
Port Moody Station Museum
IMDb notes that the history museum in Port Moody is used as the “Riverdale Bus Station”. You can visit it at 2734 Murray St.
Alice Lake Provincial Park
The park is located in Squamish and IMDb reported that it’s used as the set location for “Sweetwater River."
Rocko’s Family Diner
The 24-hour diner can be found in Mission at 32786 Lougheed Highway. IMDb wrote that it’s used for the show’s local restaurant, Pop’s Diner.
The Permanent
The Vancouver event space at 330 W. Pender St. gets rented out by Riverdale production in order to stand in for Veronica’s apartment. However, IMDb noted that only the interiors are used.
Copper Stone Mansion
The Blossom family only owns one mansion but The Sun wrote that much like the high school, two locations are used to stand in for the home. One is the Copper Stone Mansion and IMDb listed the address as 21122 12 Ave. in Langley.
Cecil Green Park House
The second location for the Blossom mansion is the event venue at 6251 Cecil Green Park Rd. in Vancouver. The Sun noted that it’s located at the University of British Columbia.
Twilight Drive-In Theatre
The drive-in movie theatre is used on the show to actually stand in for itself. IMDb reported that the exact location you where can catch a flick and look out for Riverdale stars is 3350 260 St. in Langley Township.
