A huge oyster and vodka festival is coming to Fredericksburg this December and it's gonna make you very happy.

You can enjoy your ration of delicious oysters in front of the main stage because live music will be the highlight of the event. There will also be a children's area with farm animals for petting and food trucks.
Also, for those who don't want seafood, or just don't want to eat oysters, the festival will have your typical but delicious continental fair food.
The festival is taking place on December 6 and 7 at Barefoot Fredericksburg, just outside San Antonio.
If you register in advance and arrive before 4:00 p.m., you can have free general admission on Friday, December 6 only. So make sure to do so here. They will be charging $20 at the gate. Children 10 and under are free with a paying adult.
The admission tickets grant you access to most everything in the fest. Once you are inside the fest, you can purchase food & beverage tickets separately.
There will be a Bloody Mary Bar featuring Bloody Revolution, and other specialty vodka cocktails, so grab your girlfriends and get tipsy! They will also have a selection of domestic and imported beers and wines within the event extensive beverage menu. All for 21 and older people, of course.
