The San Antonio Zoo Is Having A Boozy Adults-Only Night This Spring
It's easy to associate the zoo with children and steer clear, especially when we grew up going there ourselves. Fortunately, that's well on many of our favorite zoo's radars and as a result, they've managed to figure out a way to make the adults happy too. The San Antonio Zoo's adults-only night will be hosted once again this spring and we can hardly wait for it to be here.
On Thursday, May 14 you and your 21+ friends, family, or significant others can come out to the San Antonio Zoo and enjoy a night of drinking, eating, and serious fun.
From 6 to 10:30 p.m. the zoo will be strictly adults-only and putting on their annual event, Zoo La-La. Each year the event leaves people raving and eager for the next, and we see why!
You'll be able to sample food and drink from 50 of San Antonio's premier restaurants while walking through the zoo’s pathways and animal habitats .
Throughout the night, there will be live music performances on three separate stages, all of which will be providing top-tier entertainment.
Local craft beer and wine will be available for sampling each and every way you turn so that you don't miss out on an opportunity to have a drink in your hand.
The sooner you buy your tickets the better because they're cheaper now than they will be in a few weeks!
Early bird general admission tickets are $65 right now but will soon go up to $85, while VIP admission is $150.
VIP will get attendees in one hour before everyone else, so at 6 p.m. rather than 7.
This is the first year the zoo has ever done this, and it gets better. VIPs will get to cool off in the zoo's Africa Live! exhibit where there will be signature cocktails and yummy bites.
May might feel far away, but really, it's right around the corner!
