7 Shows To Watch On Netflix Canada While You Wait For Season 2 Of "Baby"

Pretty much one of the best feelings in the world is when your favourite show is renewed for another season, especially after being left on a total cliffhanger of an ending. Earlier today, Netflix finally announced when its original series Baby would be coming back, and fans are beyond excited. Here are seven shows like Baby on Netflix Canada for you to binge-watch.

The show's first season scored an 80% on Rotten Tomatoes, and chronicled a group of teens in Rome who attend school during the day, but work as escorts by night. Think Gossip Girl, but even more scandalous. The second season is hitting Netflix on October 18, but there's plenty for you to binge in the meantime.

Everything Sucks!

If you want to feel a little nostalgic for a few hours, Everything Sucks! is the show for you. It takes place in 1996 when AV club was still around, and the internet was just starting to become easily accessible. The show tackles a lot of tough issues in a very humorous and lighthearted way.

Jane the Virgin

Rating: 100% on Rotten Tomatoes

Jane the Virgin may have just come to an end after five seasons, but there's no reason you can't start bingeing it now! The show stars Gina Rodriguez as Jane, a girl who's held onto her virginity for as long as possible. At a doctor's appointment, she ends up getting accidentally artificially inseminated, and needless to say things spiral from there.

Atypical is about 18-year-old Sam, a high school student on the autism spectrum who feels as though he's finally ready to head out on the quest for love. With the help of his therapist, friends, and family, Sam learns that he too is capable of forming romantic bonds and independence.

The End of the F**king World

Rating: 96% on Rotten Tomatoes

As far as teen comedies go, The End of the F**king World may just be one of the best. The series only has one season but chronicles two runaway teens as they try to navigate their very feeling confusing feelings for each other and the world around them.

The Fosters

Rating: 97% on Rotten Tomatoes

Like most ABC Family shows, The Fosters is quite dramatic, but that's exactly why you'll fall in love with it. The show is about a lesbian couple who have a biological son, as well as a group of multiracial adopted children in their family, making for some interesting storylines.

Tales of the City

Rating: 82% on Rotten Tomatoes

When Netflix announced that it would be bringing back Tales of the City for a limited series, fans of the original show were super excited. The Netflix original does its best to continue on with the goal of celebrating San Fransisco's diversity but brings a modern touch.

Rating: 75% on Rotten Tomatoes

Skins is one of those teen dramas that everyone needs to watch at least once. The series is about a group of UK teens whose lives are full of all the average teenage problems, and of course, plenty of partying and drama.
