Let’s say goodbye to 2019 the proper way, with live music, fun, relaxation near the ocean and endless amounts of mouthwatering, butter-dip seafood. How does that sound? Well, Sarasota will make your wishes come true soon enough. The Siesta Beach Seafood & Music Festival is happening next December, and you can go for just $5.
The 4th Annual Siesta Beach Seafood & Music Festival is happening on December 6th and will feature unlimited seafood along with other food options. The fresh food will be cooked on-site and you can also enjoy live musical performances and an art market.
It sounds like a date.
Grab your girls for a fun day out full of entertainment and delicious plates of lobster, crab, shrimp, fish and other seafood options, including fresh oysters. They will also have other meat and vegetarian dishes (in case you're not a seafood fan), along with a diverse menu of sides and desserts.
To drink, they'll have alcoholic, non-alcoholic and fruit-based beverages available.
While you eat all that insanely fresh seafood, some great bands will be playing live. West Coast Steel Pan Band, the Verge, Billy Rice Band, Big Night Out, RJ Howson, JP Soars & The Red Hots, Melody Trucks Band, Fleetwood Max, the Whole Band featuring Callie Chappel, Black Honkeys, and Kettle of Fish will be among them.
You can check out the exact time of each performance, and the band's genres on the event website.
Don't forget to go shopping for unique holiday gifts in the marketplace of fine arts, crafts, and other selected seasonal products.
The Siesta Beach Seafood & Music Festival will take place on December 6, from 12:00 to 9:00 p.m. Admission is only $5 and once in the festival, you may be able to purchase food and beverage tickets.
The tickets are not yet for sale, but you can keep track of the sale on the event's page here.
