Your Instagram might be full of people posting about working from home. However, not everyone has been sharing their every move on social media. Sophie Grégoire Trudeau's Instagram photo of her father is the first post from her since getting COVID-19 and it's such a sweet throwback.
On March 23, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau shared a photo of her and her dad from back in the day to wish him a happy birthday on Instagram.
"Papa, my dad and my friend," she wrote in her caption. "You always said to me, "Go Soph, you can do it!" Today it’s my turn to encourage you: Never give up and keep looking forward in this life that you love so much."
In the photo, a young Grégoire Trudeau is in the arms of her father and happily eating an ice cream cone.
She went on to write, "happy birthday papa Jean, I love you!"
The former television host hasn't posted on Instagram since International Women's Day on March 8, a couple of days before she tested positive for COVID-19.
While quarantined, we haven't gotten any photos, videos or stories from her on social media.
Less than a week after her post on March 8, it was announced that she had tested positive for COVID-19.
On March 12, Justin Trudeau's communications director released a statement from Grégoire Trudeau that said, "being in quarantine at home is nothing compared to other Canadian families who might be going through this and for those facing more serious health concerns."
She went into quarantine while Trudeau has been isolating himself in Rideau Cottage.
"We will get through this situation together," Grégoire Trudeau said.

Even though the advocate for gender equality hasn't been posting from home, her husband has been sharing behind-the-scenes looks at his work from home situation.
Trudeau has posted a photo of him working at a desk taking a phone call and even another of him on a video conference call with other G7 leaders.
