Everybody stay calm! He may not be reprising his beloved role as Michael Scott, but Steve Carell is back and better than ever in the latest Space Force trailer. The Netflix original is set to premiere soon, and from the looks of things, we’re in for a hilarious ride.

In the new series, Carell will be playing the role of Mark Naird, a four-star general who has been tasked with overseeing the creation of the newest branch of the U.S. Armed Forces—the Space Force.

As he prepares to take on his new position, Mark moves his wife and teenage daughter to a remote military base in the state of Colorado, where he is quickly introduced to the eccentric group of scientists and astronauts that he’ll be working with.

Space Force comes from the minds of Carell and Greg Daniels, who co-created The Office, so viewers can expect to see some very familiar workplace shenanigans as Mark prepares his team to set foot on the moon in the year 2024.

The trailer teases events like an accidental rocket launch, a unique social media campaign, a rivalry with the U.S. Air Force, and even a hilarious first outing in a spacesuit gone wrong, among other things.

It takes an incredible ensemble of actors to make a comedy series work, and Space Force does not disappoint. Friends actress Lisa Kudrow will be taking on the role of Mark’s wife in the show, and Booksmart star Diana Silvers will be playing his teenage daughter.

Other noteworthy names include Ben Schwartz (Sonic the Hedgehog), John Malkovich (The New Pope), Tawny Newsome (Brockmire), Jimmy O. Yang (Crazy Rich Asians), and the late Fred Willard (Modern Family), just to name a few.
