Kawhi's Championship Ring Was Actually Bigger Than The Rest Of The Raptors Team

The Toronto Raptors opening-day ceremony was full of historical moments for fans. The momentous occasion broke television records and ushered in a new era of Canadian basketball. However, it’s hard to deny that something was still missing on Tuesday, or should we say, someone. While the Raptors were basking in championship glory, Kawhi Leonard, the NBA Finals MVP, was of angry Lakers fans.
Leonard chose to leave Toronto for the Clippers wasn’t even featured in the team’s highlight reel, which they played for fans during the season opener. However, although he is no longer a Raptor, Kawhi is still entitled to a championship ring and a massive one to boot!, much to the dismay of Raptors fans who celebrated the player for helping bring them a championship. According to Drina Baron-Zinyk, a spokesperson for VP Baron Championship Rings, the Raptors rings were carefully designed to fit each induvial player’s finger comfortably. It is also worth noting that the players with the biggest fingers also stood a chance of getting a little more bling. “In total, depending on the ring size of the player, there around 650 diamonds because the diamonds wrap all the way around the back your finger,” Zinyk told TSN.
Unsurprisingly Kawhi, whose huge hands earned him the nickname “The Klaw,” took home the prize of biggest championship thanks to his size 16 finger.
It's uncertain whether or not his ring featured more diamonds then his former teammates. However, it's possible they put a few more rocks into it to make it wrap around his giant finger.
Kawhi might have the biggest Raptors championship ring, but he doesn’t have the most.
