Toronto loves watching what the Raptors do best, and that's winning us games on home court and away. But it's always fun and entertaining to see the players let loose and enjoy themselves off the court, too. Some of the Toronto Raptors roster, coach Nick Nurse, and even their mascot were asked: "If basketball had walkout music, which songs would the players walk onto the court to?" Their responses were pretty great and on point but it was the Nick Nurse song choice that really got fans talking.

The Scotiabank Arena and the Raptors have been teaming up for short videos to ask the players questions and give fans a little inside story on their favourite stars.

And, on Episode 4, the topic was the potential for NBA walkout music.

Raptors players Chris Boucher, Serge Ibaka, OG Anunoby, Norman Powell, Fred VanVleet, and coach Nurse were all asked the same question. If you had to walk out to one song, which would it be?

Now, we know Nurse likes to dabble in music, as his cameo at an Arkells show in Toronto a few months ago illustrated.

Given he's clearly no stranger to the guitar, you might have expected a rock tune to be the song of choice. Oh no, not even close.

When it came to Nurse's turn to answer, his choice was hands down "Welcome to Jamrock" by Damien Marley.

And fans on social media were pretty taken aback by Nurse's choice, it seems. In fact, it seemed to straight-up delight many Raps fans, who presumably weren't necessarily expecting Jr. Gong to be a Nurse favourite.

This isn't the first time Raptors fans have gone crazy for a Nurse revelation, of course.

After showing off some of his b-ball skills, some thought he might be good enough for the team.

And his choice of hypothetical walkout song is boosting his street cred even more, it seems. Fans seem pretty desperate to hear this actually happen, so let's cross our fingers this gets introduced at some point.

Turn it up, Nick!
