Pascal Siakam & Bianca Andreescu Hung Out Last Night & Fans Can't Stop Shipping Them
Spicy P and Bianca were all smiles last night.
Who doesn’t love a good power couple? Pascal Siakam and Bianca Andreescu were photographed together at Right To Play’s annual Heroes Gala on Thursday night. The fundraising event honours outstanding heroes who are doing extraordinary work to help children and youth rise above adversity. Fans of the Canadian sports legends couldn’t get over how precious the two look together, with some even going as far as to dream that the two would become a couple.
“I've been shipping them since he congratulated her for winning the US Open on Twitter, so my inner teenager is very excited right now,” wrote one user about the adorable photo of the two. “She is pretty. They look good together,” added another.
Raptor star Siakam, who is an athlete ambassador for Right To Play, received an athlete hero award at this year’s gala in recognition of all of his outstanding work with the organization. It is uncertain as to why Andreescu was there, which probably adds fuel to the fire of fans who are hoping they are an item.
Biancaanother up-and-coming Canadian tennis player, but she hasn’t been spotted out with anyone since. So, anything is possible, right?
“Pascal is deeply committed to helping kids and enjoys engaging in educational and play-based games, making him an outstanding role model for Right To Play’s Youth To Youth play-based programs,” a statement on the organization website reads.
“In addition to his involvement with Right To Play, Pascal serves on the Jr NBA Canada Advisory Council, Giants of Africa, and he is committed to the continued support of youth-focused programs, especially in his native Cameroon. With his personal tagline, #HumbleHustle Pascal is inspiring youth to strive for what they want in life while remaining joyful, humble and grounded,” the statement continues.
Siakam was one of the few Raptors who took to social media to personally congratulate Bianca after her historic U.S. Open win. So, perhaps these well-wishers are on to something a bit more romantic. Fingers crossed.
