As Torontonians are asked to stay indoors, many of the city's sports stars seem to be trying to continue with business, even if it's not as usual. Toronto Raptors' self-isolation has thrown up some entertainment so far thanks to the likes of Serge Ibaka, but Rondae Hollis-Jefferson seems bored. In fact, RHJ has laid down a challenge to his teammates on Instagram.

In a new bike competition, Rondae called on six of his teammates to see who can come out on top from the isolation fo their respective homes.

Rondae shared a video on his Instagram story on Wednesday night, keeping up with his cardio at home.

Clearly out of breath, RHJ wasn't just sharing his workout for the sake of it, though.

He also made sure to call out his other teammates and challenges them to a cycling competition.

"Challenge time," reads RHJ's caption. "I know ya'll got bikes."

The video shows Rondae going on for 43 minutes. Clearly, he isn't joking when it comes to his cycling.

OG Anunoby, Serge Ibaka, Malcolm Miller, Terence Davis Jr., Dewan Hernandez, and Matt Thomas were all tagged in the video as "Chap" called them out to take part of the little competition.

This team seems to love to mess with each other once in a while and it's all in good fun. From workout competitions to who's the most fashionable, a little teasing and challenging don't hurt.

Well, maybe it stings a little for Ibaka, as we know how seriously he takes his 'art'.

We can't hep but wonder if Serge, in particular, will respond to RHJ? After all, he's made sure to have his own little gym to stay in shape for the next few days.

Anyway, between his biking and his questionable dancing, it's good to see RHJ's staying in shape.

Meanwhile, head coach Nick Nurse has lived up to his last name.

Nurse shared a new play in his hand-washing playbook and encourages handwashing up to 24 seconds, just like a shot clock.

And whether it's showing off their moves on the dancefloor or on Fortnite, the team's stars have certainly been taking advantage of this time off.

It looks like no matter if they're self-isolating or practicing good social distancing. When it comes to a competitive drive, nothing can stop it.
