Jessie Reyez, Wintersleep & More Will Headline New Squamish Music Festival In BC This Summer

A brand new music festival is coming to BC and we couldn't be more excited! The infamous Squamish Valley Music Festival shut down after running for a few years and since then, BC has been yearning for another major music festival. After years of waiting, it was recently announced that a brand new music festival, the Squamish Constellation Festival will be coming to BC this summer.

The Squamish Constellation Festival just confirmed the current lineup to Narcity and it looks like they have some stellar Canadian talent lined up for the 3-day festival.

Two-time platinum singer Jessie Reyez, Canadian indie-rockers Wintersleep and Juno Award-winning rapper Shad will all headline the event this summer.

The 3-day Squamish festival will not only focus on music but also arts and food! This Squamish-based event is aiming to create a "heart-opening festival experience of music, art and community".

In addition to the newly released headliners, other major bands will perform at the highly anticipated show. Bahamas, Serena Ryder, Peach Pit, Jocelyn Alice, The Modelos, Half Moon Run, A Tribe Called Red and more will all be performing over the weekend in July.

On Friday, Serena Ryder, Dear Rouge and Fast Romantics will be a few of the main acts performing to start off the weekend. On Saturday, Jessie Reyez, A Tribe Called Red and Jocelyn Alice will headline the second day of the festival. On the final day of the event, you can expect to hear from Bahamas, Half Moon Run and more!

General admission weekend passes are on sale right now on their website. VIP passes are on sale for $425 and regular admission passes are on sale for $199 plus service charges and fees.

The festival will take place from Friday, July 26 to Sunday, July 28, 2019.

On their website, Squamish Constellation Festival is also teasing that more artists will be announced soon! So we haven't even seen the entire list yet!
