Starbucks Is Releasing A New, Canadian-Exclusive Drink This Summer & It Looks Amazing (PHOTOS)
Summer is in the air and that means businesses are releasing some epic new things to celebrate the long-awaited season. As of today, our favourite coffee shop is releasing a new summer bevy. Starbucks' new Honeycomb Lavender Latte will only available in Canada this summer and it really looks amazing. Coffee date anyone?
What better way to start off a new week than with a new drink from Starbucks? Starting Tuesday on June 25, Starbucks is releasing a new drink just for its Canadian customers.
This new drink looks seriously amazing and we are so happy it’s here to take away our Monday blues. According to a press release sent to Narcity, the new Starbucks drink is called the Iced Honeycomb Lavender Latte.
The coffee company calls it love at first sip, and by the looks of it, they could be right! Made with real Canadian honey and smooth cold foam, the drink incorporates all things creamy and delicious.
The Iced Honeycomb Lavender Latte is a nice mixture of milk and Starbucks Blonde Espresso; giving it a nuttiness mixed with the sweet taste of honeycomb and lavender syrup. Starbucks claims it is the perfect balance of sweetness without being too overpowering, thanks to the espresso.

While it comes iced, Starbucks claims that it is just as yummy when blended into a Frappuccio form. They may be onto something!
But it’s not just the drink that is new to the summer menu. Starbucks has also added two new snacks including a Honey Almond Bar and an Everything Croissant and Roasted Ham Breakfast Sandwich.
The almond bar is staying with the theme of the summer drink and is made with real, Canadian honey and a shortbread crust.

The new breakfast sandwich looks amazing and could seriously rival Tim Hortons. The slow-roast Italian ham, egg, and cheddar is placed in-between a buttery everything croissant and it is literally everything we need in the morning.

Starbucks is the queen of seasonal drinks and has made some big hits including the Witch’s Brew Frappuccio, which was made with “toads breath” and "bat warts.”
The new summer additions will be available in all Starbucks locations across Canada on June 25. With over 1,500 locations in our nation, you are bound to find one close to you!
