Vancouver is getting two black moons and you can't even see them from Toronto. Lucky for us on the West Coast, the two moons will be visible here.

Although the black moon is usually rare, Vancouverites will be lucky enough to get a "black moon hat trick" this year, according to the Almanac.

A rare celestial event that comes around only once every few decades will grace the skies across North America this month.

On August 21, 2017, the sun, moon and Earth will line up to produce a full solar eclipse that will follow a path from Oregon to South Carolina. Canadians to the north may not see an entirely obscured sun, but they will still be treated to partial eclipse, with some places having more coverage than others.
