Une nouvelle demande d'action collective, qui risque de faire jaser, a été déposée au Québec le 15 janvier dernier. Celle-ci vise la populaire entreprise de jeux vidéo Nintendo. Certaines manettes devenant défectueuses à court terme seraient derrière ce litige. 

C'est une résidente de la Rive-Sud de Montréal, Kelly-Ann St-Laurent, qui est à l'origine de cette demande, après avoir acheté une console Nintendo Switch en novembre 2017.
