The cost of buying a home in Canada can feel a little overwhelming at times, but there are actually some seriously cheap houses for sale right now. In fact, so many properties even cost under $100,000!
In terms of what you can get for that amount of money, it all comes down to where exactly you live.
In some areas of the country, you can find quite a few listings for under $99,999,while in other locations (even places that typically have a less expensive market) all you can find is a plot of land.
If you are able to spend six figures on buying a home, here's what you can get in each Canadian province based on listings that are currently active.
