After Hurricane Ian, visitors to the Emerald Coast of Florida have seen some rare massive jellyfish called "pink meanies" on the shore, and they can be up to three feet wide!

According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's Facebook page, their scientific name is Drynonema larsoni.

After they announced they would be temporarily closing their doors to the public, with no reopening date set, the Vancouver Aquarium's closure is hard for anyone who can remember good times there. Narcity gathered some memories that will give you a serious dose of nostalgia.

September 7 was the last day that locals could go to visit the aquarium. They completely sold out of tickets with an overwhelming show of support, according to Global News.

Le restaurant Jellyfish crudo+charbon a ouvert ses portes tout récemment, soit le 18 novembre dernier, avec à sa barre Francis Rodrigue qui est établi en restauration depuis maintenant 20 ans. On le connait entre autres pour le restaurant Magia sur la Rive-Sud, le Garde-Manger et sa participation au succÚs du Vauvert de l'HÎtel St-Paul. Francis peut d'ailleurs compter sur la collaboration de Roberto Pesut, ayant été co-propriétaire du restautant Globe pendant 22 ans.
