Houston’s Enchanting Holiday Light Festival Will Transport You To Europe This Winter
I think we can all agree that Houston offers some of the greatest events in the world. From their food festivals to their theme parks, to their holiday festivities, you can never go wrong visiting or calling the city your home. A holiday lights festival in Houston is taking place starting next month, and is bringing the magic of the season with it like we've never seen before!
On Friday, November 15, the doors to Magical Winter Lights will open wide and will remain open through Sunday, January 5. Even on major holidays the festival will be in full-swing. Their hours are Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and 5 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. It needs to be dark for us to fully appreciate all of their displays, after all.
After only four years of being open to the public, Magical Winter Lights is coming back again and better than ever before. The festival will feature over six million lights, upgraded installations and interactive displays. Plus eight themed lantern sections that will make you feel like you've been transported to different parts of the world.
Food and drink, carnival rides, and brand new Chinese acrobatic shows will also be making an appearance to make your night that much better. Every activity is perfect for all ages.
Admission prices haven't been announced quite yet, so we recommend keeping your eye on their official website for that info to be released. November isn't very far away, so it's only a matter of time before we know more. We can't wait, and hope to see you there!
