General Mills Canada is officially putting free collectibles back inside specially marked cereal boxes, bringing back the excitement of getting a surprise with breakfast for both Canadian adults and kids (yes, adults, this surprise is for you too).
One million limited-edition boxes of Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Lucky Charms are now available at major retailers nationwide, and if you're fortunate enough to get your hands on one, you'll find one of three spoons that change colour when dipped in cold milk or yogurt.
Each spoon features one of General Mills' iconic characters: Buzz the Bee, Lucky or Crazy Squares.

Even though it's been over a decade since General Mills has done their "Free Inside" campaign, the colour-changing spoons are only here for a limited time while supplies last.
So if you want to relive your '90s childhood, it's time to get elbow deep in a box of Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Lucky Charms and keep your fingers crossed that you'll be able to find all three collectible spoons.
