This clip is from a video O'Toole posted on Facebook back in June 2020 where he claimed cancel culture was going after the Canadian flag.
He said that if he won the leadership race, Trudeau would be moved "into a more appropriate office" and pointed to a porta-potty.
This video was made because leading up to Canada Day, a Nova Scotia newspaper published a note about how the flag "doesn't mean the same thing to everyone."
O'Toole not only made a video about it, but also tweeted a photo of the newspaper and said it was "a slap in the face to all Canadians."
In the Facebook video, he also claimed that Trudeau and his party have been revising history and tried to use a building having its name changed as an example of that.
O'Toole was elected as leader of the Conservative Party in August 2020 and in December of that year, his approval rating was 20% lower than Trudeau's and 11% lower than Jagmeet Singh's.
Narcity has reached out to O'Toole for comment and this article will be updated when a response is received.
