President Donald J. Trump granted pardons to 73 individuals and commuted the sentences of an additional 70 individuals.
Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., was "granted a full pardon" after he pled guilty to possession of a firearm and ammunition "by a convicted felon, owing to a conviction over 10 years ago."

Another rapper that received a pardon was Kodak Black, whose actual name is Bill K. Kapri.
Black was sentenced to 46 months in jail after he falsified a statement on a federal document, according to the statement.
He served half of his sentence before he was pardoned.
