There's A Huge FREE 3-Day Greek Fest Coming To Florida Next Month

The picturesque seaside landscapes and delicious foods of Greece are enough to make anyone want to run away in their very own version of Mama Mia. While we can’t promise a romantic Mediterranean getaway, you can enjoy all the Greek food to your heart’s content at this free Greek food festival in St. Petersburg next month!
Hosted by St. Stefano’s, the Super Greek Festival is a yearly event and a must-go for foodies and culture lovers alike. Thank the Greek Gods admission is free, so you can save your money for all the delicious stalls and vendors in attendance.
This authentic celebration is full of food, fun, culture, and traditions — all are welcome to come dine, dance, and party like a Greek.
Most of the food is made by the church parishioners from scratch, so you know you’re getting only the best.
Try traditional dishes, Athenian street food, and delectable pastries like baklava and diples, just like Yia Yia (grandma) makes them.
Plenty of adult beverages will be available for you to wash it all down with, including ouzo, Metaxa, and other Greek beers and wines. Enjoy your drink and escape from the heat while lounging in the 20,000 square foot covered Opa! tent.
There will be plenty of merchandise vendors too, selling all kinds of jewelry, soaps, handcrafted items, and evil-eye trinkets.
Outside there will be a carnival featuring State Fair like amusement rides such as a bounce house, rock wall, and games of all kinds.
A large outdoor covered area housing DJ’s for live entertainment will be there as well.
The Greek band “Dimitri & The Islanders” will be performing, as well as KEFI Greek Youth Dance Troupe and other KEFI Greek Dancers.
