Tennessee Has A Boozy Adults-Only "Polar Express" Train Ride, Santa Included
Even though the Polar Express was released all those years ago, the magic of the film (and book) still tugs on our heartstrings. Despite us getting older and entering the real world, we deserve to feel that holiday magic again. One southern railroad is making dreams a reality this Christmas season because they've launched an adults-only, Tennesse-styled, Polar Express train ride. Cheers to mixing all the pleasures of adulthood with some serious nostalgia.
"Nightcaps With St. Nick" takes adults 21 and up on a journey from Chattanooga to the home of the big jolly man himself. You'll be seated in a first-class, 1940s passenger car, so expect to be riding in style and luxury.
What makes it a 21 and up event is all the booze you'll have at your disposal. Each ticket aboard the train includes two drinks tickets though you're welcome to more.

Bailey's Irish Cream Coffee
Chattanooga Whiskey and Coca-Cola
Alcohol tastes even better with sweets, which is why you'll be served dessert plates with decadent chocolate and powder sugar-covered treats.
To really set the Christmas mood, you'll be joined by costumed characters to ignite the big kid in you. You'll be serenaded by carollers, told the grown-up version of your favorite Christmas tales, and selfie it up with Santa.
The excitement kicks off on Nov. 30 and continues each weekend through Dec. 22.
