Texas' Dropping Temperatures Will Make For A Spooktacular Halloween This Year

It's getting chilly out there.
Texas Dropping Temperatures On Halloween Will Bring The Perfect Holiday Weather

Halloween is this week and the Texas spooky fanatics are ready. While you're probably putting the finishing touches to your costume, you might not have checked the weather for this upcoming holiday. Don't worry, we have you covered on what Texas' dropping temperatures will be like this Halloween.

You'll feel like you're in for a real treat this year because temperatures during the candy-filled day are going to be in the low 60s and high 50s all throughout the state. While some places like Houston have been in the high 70s for a while now, the cooler weather sweeping over the state will make for a very chilling Halloween.

We suggest bringing a sweater anywhere you go. Amarillo has been getting some snow recently but it will take a break this Halloween and sticking at a cold 52 degree high so you can get your party on. If you're deciding to stay home for the holiday, the cooler weather serves for a great chance to have a nice cup of hot chocolate.

Dallas will be experiencing dry sunny weather which is great news after all the recent devastating storms. This weekend the Metroplex will have slightly warmer weather hitting the 70s so we suggest enjoying this little cold front now. Central Dallas will get a high of 52 on Thursday, the same temperature as Denton, making them slightly chillier than normal, and Fort Worth's lowest temperature will be hitting a crisp 31 degrees.

Cities like Austin and San Antonio will have some showers before the big day but the skies should clear up before the festivities begin. Weather for these cities will be around 57 degrees which is slightly higher than the others but still very enjoyable. This means you won't have to worry about more than the usual traffic if you want to stop by this limited time Simpsons-themed bar in Austin.

Halloween in Texas is getting a little colder which makes us that much more excited. No matter where you are in the great state of Texas there will be fun to be had. Check out our list of places with massive food all throughout Texas.
