The Backstreet Boys Are Throwing A 'Living Room Concert' Next Week To Cheer You Up (VIDEO)

It's the nostalgia trip we all need.
The Backstreet Boys' Living Room Concert Is Coming To Cheer You Up Next Week

We might be almost halfway through 2020, but most of us still know (and love) the Backstreet Boys. If you've been craving a blast from the past, we just might have what you need. The Backstreet Boys' living room concert next week could cheer you up.

TBH, it's the nostalgia trip we all need right now — and it's completely free. Who doesn't want to indulge in that '90s good stuff?

According to Fox12 Oregon news, the virtual serenade is part of a larger effort hosted by iHeartMedia radio stations and Fox TV to boost people's spirits during this time.

We're loving the heart behind it all.

Since the concert will take place at home, your favorite boy band will be filmed with cell phones, audio, and other equipment from their homes to help practice safe social distancing.

If you've ever wanted a chance to peek into the real lives of the BSB, this is it.

The concert is scheduled for Sunday, March 29 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. PST and will air on both iHeartMedia radio and FoxTV.

The pop stars took to Twitter to share their excitement with fans.

They wrote, "We’re doing an at home performance on @foxtvthis Sunday alongside some talented and inspiring artists! Excited to be part of this @iHeartRadioLiving Room Concert for America to benefit medical workers during this difficult time. 🙏 Tune in at 9 pm ET/6 pm PT #iHeartConcertOnFOX."

While the Backstreet Boys are definitely a big mood, they're not the only stars who you'll spot in the living room concert.

Billie Eilish, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, and Elton John are also participating!

Since you'll be tuning in from the comfort of your couch, bed, bubble bath, or wherever you want, anywhere you choose is the best seat in the house.

Now, all you've got to do is memorize the lyrics to their hit songs. *winks* You'll find us belting out "I Want It That Way" and "Larger Than Life."

Why not invite your friends and family to join in on the fun over a Skype session? The more, the merrier!

While you're waiting for the big day, you can take a listen to some of their throwback songs to set the mood.

Who else remembers "Rock Your Body?"

"Most of us have been inside our homes for a few days now, and it’s important that we keep our bodies moving!! We made you guys a playlist of songs for the perfect social distancing dance party 🖤," they wrote on Twitter.

The show will also take time to thank health professionals, first responders, and those who have selflessly acted to help flatten the curve. They're the real heroes.

Viewers will also be given the opportunity to donate to Feeding America and First Responders Children's Foundation.

The 'living room concert' announcement came after the boy band had planned their DNA World Tour. Their return to performing in North America had been set for July 10.

On Sunday, March 16, they canceled their scheduled show in Sao Paulo Brazil, due safety precautions.

It is to be determined whether or not the summer tour will continue. But even if the DNA World Tour is postponed, the BSB are still here to share the love now.

We're so happy to see celebrities giving back and we can't wait to watch the show. See you there!
