Canada's Best Companies For Women Were Just Revealed & They're Hiring

A new report has highlighted the best companies to work for in Canada as a woman and plenty of them are hiring.

The Equileap "Gender Equality Global Report & Ranking" breaks down the world's best companies for women, and several Canadian companies cracked the list.

The report ranks companies based on the number of women in the company (and the roles they have) and employee wages and benefits, along with several other factors.

Canada has four companies in the Top 100, and all of them are banks — CIBC is the highest at 19, followed by RBC at 58, BMO at 65 and Scotiabank at 70.

And the good news is that all four of those equitable companies are hiring right now.
