The North Florida Fair has just open in Tallahassee and you can't miss all its attractions! Ready to put adulthood in pause for a night?
From now and until Nov. 17, one of the most important fairs in the state of Florida will be featuring fun for everyone in Tallahassee. For an entrance fee of only $8 per adult and $5 for youth 6-12 years old, you can have a lot of fun with attractions rides, entertainment and yummy fair food vendors on the premises.
According to a local news source, The North Florida Fair is featuring 62 different rides this year. A carousel, roller coaster, a huge slide, a Ferris wheel, and a variety of fair games among them. All rides have been tested for safety purposes, so you and your family and friends can have a great time and feel secure.

The fair will be open weekdays from 5:00 – 10:30 p.m., Saturdays from noon – 11:00 p.m., and Sundays from noon – 9:00 p.m. However, there are some exceptions and you can check out this PDF for details.
Another very important part of fairs is their yummy food. Go with an appetite and try elotes, popcorn, cotton candy, funnel cakes sprinkled with icing sugar, milkshakes, ice cream, caramel-covered apples, and pretzels, just to mention a few treats.
The event will also feature vendors selling their wares, 4-H and FFA competitions and exhibits, livestock shows, arts and crafts, a major stage with a lot of entertainment options and displays. There's a full list of the daily entertainment available here.

There are also special deals you can take advantage of specific dates. For example, their Two Buck Tuesday on November 12 lets you pay only $2 for gate admission for adults and kids 5 and up. There's also Carload Night on Thursday, November 14th. where all passengers in a car (8 people max.) who are buckled into individual seat belts will receive gate admission and unlimited rides.
