This New Horror Movie On Netflix Is The Next ‘Get Out’

Netflix is great when it comes to things like docuseries, teen romcoms, and letting us binge The Office and Friends as many times as we want. However, when it comes to horror movies, it seems like the streaming site is shying away from that. Although The Haunting of Hill House is one of the most talked about Netflix Originals, they definitely need more. Well, our prayers are finally answered. This new horror movie on Netflix is the next Get Out. 

The Perfection is the newest horror movie to grace Netflix and to say we're excited is an understatement. It's about a music prodigy who is very problematic, and she seeks out someone from the school she used to go to who is the next big thing and basically tortures her from what the trailer shows. While the trailer doesn't give away much, what it does give away is that we're in for a horrifying and confusing ride.

Starring Allison Williams and Logan Browning, this trailer will give you major Get Out vibes. The trailers seem very similar, as they're confusing but we can definitely expect this to be the horror movie of the year. 

In the trailer, you can see the two women looking lost on what seems like a hike, but it also seems like Allison's character knows exactly where they are. Allison recently talked to Entertainment Weekly about The Perfection and said, "If you were to stop the movie every 20 minutes and be asked what it’s about or what you think is going to happen, you’d be wrong — until the movie’s over." I'm already confused. 

The Perfection will definitely confuse you, but aren't those the best kinds of movies? It premieres on Netflix on May 24th. Hopefully we can wait that long because we're in desperate need for a new horror movie. You can view the trailer below:
