These Are Canada's Most Stressed Out Provinces

Feeling stressed (but still blessed🙏) lately? Then you're not alone, at least not in Canada.

According to a Canadian Community Health Survey released by Statistics Canada last week, analyzing stress levels in Canadians.

The report, which surveyed Canadians from every province, asked Canadians aged 12 and over if they felt that most days of there life were "quite a bit or extremely stressful."

More than 1 in 5 Canadians said yes, we feel stressed out.

But not all provinces feel stress equally; in fact, the survey found that all four of the Atlantic provinces (Newfoundland, P.E.I., New Brunswick and Nova Scotia) had some of the lowest stress levels reported in the country.

Other than the Atlantic provinces, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut also had stress levels below the national average, with percentages of 17.9 and 15.1 respectively.

So who's the most stressed out of us all? That title goes to Quebec, with 23.6 per cent of the province saying they feel stressed out most of the time. Ontario came in at a close second at 21.9 per cent.
