Think you're brave enough to ride the bone-chilling Train Of Terror near Calgary this fall? Be warned, this 18+ train ride isn't for the faint of heart! It'll make you feel like you've entered a nightmare.

Now that September is here, it's time to start making plans for Halloween. One perfect activity is to board the Train Of Terror, which departs from Aspen Crossing, about 50 minutes from Calgary. This adults-only Halloween train ride begins on Oct. 4 and will chug along until Nov. 2.

The Train Of Terror isn't a Halloween-themed train ride for kids. Onboard, they go all out to scare passengers! Before you can even board the train, you'll have to escape a haunted maze.

If you survive, you can enter the Train Of Terror's haunted railway cars. This section of the ride is said to test your courage because you'll encounter sinister monsters lurking in the shadows.

To enhance the extreme horror setting, for parts of the Train Of Terror experience, you'll need to escape these monsters in areas where visibility is low due to fog. In other sections, you'll need to crawl or even climb over creepy obstacles.

The entire experience will take approximately two hours, including a 1.5-hour train ride. But it's not all scary, because aboard the train, you can enjoy some ghoulish drinks and food with your friends! If you want, you can also dress up in your Halloween costume for this ride.

The Train Of Terror will run Thursdays to Sundays from Oct. 4 until Nov. 2, 2019. You'll want to make sure to get your tickets now, before they sell out! Tickets can be purchased online and are $66.60 a person.
