Why You Need To Go: The Beltline Urban Mural Project (BUMP) is back for another colourful year in Calgary. This year’s festival will include 16 stunning murals, free guided mural tours, artists talks, like music, a massive outdoor movie screening, and more.
Party In The Park

Why You Need To Go: This two-day outdoor rock festival is bringing in some huge names and you should probably be there. Watch iconic performers like Styx, Vince Neil from Motley Crue, Trooper, The Northern Pikes, The Static Shift, and more. On top of the tunes, you can check out this zipline, summer bobsleighs, scenic chairlift, and free fall.
Something From Nothing Fashion Show And Battle
When: Friday, Aug. 30, 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Why You Need To Go: Dancing, fashion, and shopping all happen on a rooftop patio. The unique fashion show and open-style dance battle are like nothing you’ve seen before. Models dance their ways down the runway, competing for the final battle. World-famous judges include Kid David, Logistix and Shotyme.

Why You Need To Go: Mill Street Brewpub Calgary is hosting their first-ever Backyard Beerfest in partnership with Get REAL to. You can expect local beer, tons of lawn games, and a brand new beer launch. Tickets include snack stations and beer samples. All proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Get Real Movement which fights 2SLGBTQ+ discrimination & promotes acceptance in schools, camps, and workplaces.
Adults Only Night at Cobb’s Adventure Park
