If you love horror films, then you won't want to miss this experience that's like being inside an actual horror movie. This haunted corn maze near Vancouver may be the scariest in all of Canada because it's like being trapped in a nightmare. The Maan Farms Haunted Corn Maze has revealed its opening dates and we're already anxious to get our tickets.
This haunted corn maze is seriously intense. It's not for you if you're looking for some giggles with friends, you're practically guaranteed to be legitimately fearful. Part of what makes the experience so scary is the live actors you'll encounter in the maze. While they won't actually touch you or harm you in any way, it won't stop you from being scared, especially if you hear a chainsaw revving up while running for your life.
The fall and around Halloween, in particular, is the only time of year that you can catch this unique haunted maze. It's different than a haunted house because it's outside in the fresh air but that doesn't mean you won't feel trapped, claustrophobic and really afraid! If anything, it is a little more realistic than a haunted house because cornfields are a popular horror movie trope.
The corn maze is over 5 acres large and it could take you up to 45-minutes to find your way out. You'll want to bring your friends with you, especially your friend who has a really good sense of direction because you might not want to stay lost inside this maze of horrors.
New this year to Maan Farms is the "Pitch-Black: Where Darkness Grabs You" experience that's sure to have you wishing you brought a change of pants with you to the corn maze.
This 15-minute hellish experience will bring you face to face with "demons of the dark" and you could even be actually grabbed from the darkness so hold on tight to your s/o's hand and don't let your friends out of your sight.
