This year, the VanDusen Festival of Lights is celebrating its 35th anniversary. Expect so much more than just lights. There will be dancing light shows, live performances, and photo ops with the big red guy himself.
There’s even a charming carousel that you can ride for free. If you start to feel a little chilly on your visit, you can head to the heart of the garden to enjoy the fireside lounge. The lounge features cozy fire pits in a covered heated tent.
Of course, you'll want to bundle up for the walk, but one item you won't want to be without at the garden is your camera or cell phone. You'll find various frames, photo sets, and other selfie opportunities spread throughout where you can snap those perfect Christmas shots.
