Starting in June, you'll be able to watch free movies under the stars in Ottawa! Capital Pop-Up Cinema has just announced their schedule with an amazing line-up of films from June until early October.
Capital Pop-Up Cinema is Ottawa's outdoor cinema, that plays movies throughout the summer in different locations across Ottawa. This year some of the areas that the outdoor movies will take place include Sparks Street, Parkdale Park, Beechwood Cemetery and the War Museum.
Capital Pop-Up Cinema's events make the perfect date night or night out with friends. Watching a movie outdoors is such a fun activity and is a unique twist from going to a regular theatre. Plus, it will allow you to enjoy the warm summer weather and a great movie all for free!
New for this year, Capital Pop-Up Cinema will be offering super cute pink folding chairs for $5 so you can comfortably watch the movie. Popcorn will also be for sale for $2 a bag and water bottles for $1.
