A popular activity in the summer is undoubtedly the good ole camping trip so you can enjoy some quality time connecting with the great outdoors. In winter ... it's a little less appealing. Unless, of course, you do it in style with the creature comforts of home. It is possible to go winter glamping near Toronto, and when it looks this cozy and inviting, how could you not want to!?

Alabaster Acres is located in Caledon, Ontario, a super cute village about an hour outside of the GTA. Samantha decided to book a little overnight experience and invited us to tag along as she fell in love with this little gem of a place.

The site offers fully-equipped tents, including a luxurious king-size bed and mini-fridge, as well as heat with a working wood stove. Food can be provided by request and a little complimentary breakfast is served to you in the morning.

Located on a working farm, you'll also run into some friendly animals and a particular attention has been paid to offering guests some amazing shared facilities. This really is glamping at its finest and a perfect little getaway to relax and reconnect with nature and some lovies.
