You might want to add this spot to your Ontario bucket list! There is a spectacular natural wading pool in Lake Superior Provincial Park that is waiting to be floated in. Ontario's Bathtub Island will have you feeling like you're on a tropical vacation right here in the province.

The island itself is tiny and located just off of the coast of the lake. On it, you will find the all-natural bathtub to relax in.

The formation itself is located close to shore and you can just wade through the water to get to the basin.

The waters are shallow, safe, and easy to navigate, with fine sand and vibrant colours at every glance.

If you want to visit, you need to get yourself a day pass from their Visitors Centre or the gatehouses. No online reservations are currently being taken.

If you're coming from Toronto, keep in mind that this is about a 9-hour drive, so make accommodations nearby if you want to check out this natural wonder.

You can also sign up for backcountry camping, but their regular camping facilities are closed.

Day passes are organized into tiers of how long you'd like to visit. Two hours will cost $5.25, while a four-hour pass is $7.50

If you want to make a whole day of it, your total will be $15.

The tub is full of water that gets constantly replenished by the lake, so you are never sitting in the same bathwater twice.

On bright and sunny days, the light makes the colours look vibrant and turquoise.

The park has tons of other amenities you can try.

Their backcountry camping has over 200 sites to choose from, and all you have to do is reserve a spot online

If you're coming from a far off destination, definitely make it a camping trip.
