Toronto's BuskerFest Will Have The Craziest Circus Acts & Street Performers This Year

It’s that time of year again! Toronto’s Buskerfest 2019 event is around the corner, returning for its 20th anniversary. Based on their newly-released lineup, they are making it count! The festival which features art, music and comedy acts is adding several incredible new acts this year.
According to Indie 88, this year’s Buskerfest will feature everything from non-verbal shows, to circus artistry, oh and did we mention fire jugglers and daredevils? The event has seriously raised the bar for their 20th year!
This year's event will include a Hula Hoop Dance Party, a Beer Garden and a mysterious new attraction called Buskers After Dark. The Beer Garden will be situated at the park's gazebo, giving anyone who wants to get their drink on easy access to the new feature.
A live DJ will be supplying the hits while you rock out at the Hula Hoop Party. Buskers After Dark, which is being hosted at the GLB Beer Garden, will feature several musical acts will be playing until the sun goes down!
Buskefest has always brought the weirdness and good times, but what makes the best is the fact that it's for a good cause. The event's goal is to raise awareness and funds for Epilepsy. Buskerfest is the largest epilepsy awareness event in the world. All admission donations go towards funding services like counselling, support groups, and educational programs.
The event, which is held in Woodbine Park, is scheduled to run on Labour day weekend from Friday, Aug. 30 to Monday, Sept. 2, 2019.
