Proud plant parents, this one is for you. If you’ve never heard of the Ganna Walska Lotusland before, you’re in for a real treat.

This botanical wonderland spreads over thirty-seven massive acres and has more than 3,000 different types of plants from all over the planet It’s no wonder this hidden gem is rated one of the 10 best gardens in the world.

The garden’s backstory is interesting too. They were opened by a Polish opera singer turned gardener in 1941, who intended to use them as a sanctuary for Tibetan monks.

Lotusland is a public garden in a residential neighborhood, so you will need reservations to visit. Reservations are accepted by phone only, so make sure to call before you swing by. Admission is $50 per adult ticket.

Everything here is beautiful. There’s a gorgeous Australian garden where you can walk through a lush tunnel of green foliage and sprawling fruit orchards that are just as scenic.

You’ll walk along a path through giant cacti towering above you to a scenic colonial-style building with plants growing up the wall. It’s the perfect spot to snap some colorful Insta pics.

There’s also a beautiful butterfly garden, exotic plants, ponds with huge water lilies, and so much more.

On your tour, you’ll get to explore more than 20 miniature gardens. Each one has its own theme.

Parties are small and no more than ten guests are allowed at a time. This gives you plenty of space to see the beautiful gardens.

Don’t forget to swing by the gift shop and grab some plants to take home with you.

The gardens also host super-fun events like succulent wreath workshops where you can make your own living home decorations.
