If you've ever wanted to experience what it feels like to walk inside a giant kaleidoscope, now's your chance. The world-famous teamLab art museum is finally bringing an exhibit to California. This interactive experience offers a fantastic world of color for guests to see and it's completely interactive.

You can actually walk through the middle of the artwork!

If you're interested in visiting, you can visit teamLab at San Francisco's Asian Art Museum. The exhibit opens on May 8 and runs through January 2021.

Free public admission is planned for May 8-11, 2020. Adult admission tickets are $15.

As you wander through the attraction, it moves and interacts with you.

According to the official website, "teamLab aims to explore the relationship between the self and the world and new perceptions through art. In order to understand the world around them, people separate it into independent entities with perceived boundaries between them."

Giant waves of technicolor flowers bloom underneath your feet and schools of fish swim right by you as if you were in the world's most colorful ocean.

There are hardly words to describe what you'll experience.

Each piece of art "seeks to transcend [these] boundaries in our perception of the world, of the relationship between the self and the world, and of the continuity of time."

According to the Datebook San Francisco Chronicle, the exhibit is based on an installation of artworks by the Tokyo-based teamLab location.

Fourteen works have been revealed, including a transcendent space where countless glowing butterflies take over the room and spatial calligraphy that writes itself across the room in cold strokes of light.

Make sure to take your time to sit and enjoy each room. There is also plenty of opportunities to stop and take amazing pictures.

You'll want to remember this!

While you're in San Francisco, you should also check out this psychedelic mirror maze on Pier 39. It'll leave you wondering what's real and what's an illusion.
