Spend your summer days in Italy! This gorgeous wine and garden popup in Miami will make you feel like you're in a luscious European garden. Inspired by the cliffside gardens on the Italian island of Capri, La Centrale's Rosé Garden will transport you to an Italian paradise without ever leaving Miami.
The Rosé Garden is a limited-time popup at La Centrale, an Italian food hall at Brickell City Centre. The popup will be open through Labor Day Weekend this year. The garden features beautiful bougainvillea flowers, a dessert tower, fragrant lemons, and a rosé fountain.
Guests can sip wine beneath cascading flowers while they stroll through this unforgettable Italian scene. A special menu is available which includes rose by the glass, frose, and a rose-flavored martini made of gin, lychee liqueur, lime juice, rose petal syrup, and preserved rosebud.
The dessert tower features pink desserts like tarts, strawberries, macarons, and petite fours. Guests can also order classic Italian dishes like oysters, shellfish, pasta, and pizza.
The Rosé Garden popup is part of La Centrale's Summer in Italy promotion. The Italian restaurant currently offers elaborate backdrops of rose petals and bright lemons for guests to take photos.
La Centrale also offers cooking classes where guests can learn how to make fresh pasta. For information on class times and reservations, go here.
