Depending on who you ask, Christmas time can be considered one of the best times of the year — however, getting in those holiday feels in Florida can be tough without the snow, ice, & everything nice. While the weather will never feel like Christmas in the Sunshine State, those of us looking for Christmas events in Florida to get us in the holiday spirit have tons of options at Gaylord Palm's Christmas event.

Whether you want to walk through a sea of twinkling lights, see a dazzling and breathtaking Christmas music & light show, stop in front of the decorations for a cute holiday photo op, or see a magical Christmas themed Cirque performance the Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee really go all out with beautiful holiday vibes.

The entire event will feature more than 2 million holiday lights according to their website. This might just be the most lit Christmas celebration in Central Florida.

But the real excitement at this icy event comes in the form of wintery activities that you don't typically see in the state named after its nearly year-round sunshine. Ticket holders will have the opportunity to go snow tubing indoors, slip and slide down ice sculpted slides lit up with lights, and even see intricate ice sculpted art displays while jamming out to holiday hits. You're going to want to grab your winter jackets for this one.

You can even have some holiday treats at their holiday diner, or build your own tasty treat at the Gingerbread House decorating corner. After you've fueled up, you can try to escape from Santa's Naughty or Nice escape room, craft your own holiday Build-a-Bear, or even test your aim at a snowball throwing experience — knocking down interactive targets set up by Santa's elves.

There are so many holiday activities to do at the resort, it's insane. You can even walk through their hidden indoor jungle oasis decked out with Christmas lights and trees that are seriously breathtaking.

Tickets for individual experiences can be purchased alone, as well as bundle deals that include multiple experiences at a discounted cost. The ticket bundles range in price from $50 to $125 per adult, with more experiences included for the higher ticket coast.

If you plan to walk this winter wonderland, you won't want to forget to don your cutest hats, gloves, and jackets. The Gaylord Palms will transform into the whimsical winter wonderland starting November 25, 2019, running through January 5, 2020. Merry Christmas to us, Happy Holidays to all!
